How long until my platform is ready? +
Between 6 and 8 weeks, with staged deliveries and a sign-off from you at the end of each one. It can be less if your material (logos, content, images and catalog) arrives on time.
What does the Implementation Program include? +
Discovery, custom design for your brand, site migration, initial content load, SEO configuration and training for your team. We start from proven systems, not from scratch.
What is the difference between monthly, annual and one-time payment? +
Monthly and annual are subscriptions: they include hosting, support and maintenance; the annual plan is like paying for ten months and using twelve (two months free). The one-time payment delivers the platform in your name, with no mandatory subscription.
Does COBIZ write the blog section? +
No. The Pro plan enables a self-managed blog section: the platform is ready to publish, and you or your team add the posts whenever you want.
How and when do I pay? +
On a subscription: first you pay the Implementation Program to get started; once you approve the platform you pay the first period and we go live; after that, in advance. On the one-time payment: 50% to begin and 50% within 5 days of delivery.
Can I cancel the subscription? +
Yes. The subscription can be canceled with 30 days notice. The Implementation Program is non-refundable once started, because it covers work already done.
Can you integrate AI, telephony or my CRM? +
Yes. AI model integration, IP telephony and the connection to your CRM are available as add-on modules, which we quote based on your case.
